Bulgarian business is interested in investing in Macedonia in the area of information technologies, tourism and building, Viktor Mizo, Director of Macedonia’s Agency for Foreign Investments, said in an interview with Focus News Agency. In his words a meeting between Macedonian commercial chambers and Bulgarian business delegations took place several weeks ago for the first time in the past seven years. “I hope this will be a reason for Bulgarian companies to enter Macedonian market more actively in the near future. The historical and cultural connections between the two countries contribute to Bulgarian businessmen feeling at home in Macedonia,” Mizo added. Viktor Mizo participated in the Macedonian delegation that presented in Turkey the economic opportunities the Macedonian government gives to attract foreign investors.
